A career at the intersection of people, capital, and impact.

My career has never followed a straight line—and that’s by design.

I started my career working at the intersection of people and institutions, including roles in human resources, talent strategy, disability inclusion, and workforce development. Those experiences taught me an early lesson: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

That question eventually led me to venture capital.

Today, I’m an Investment Director at Cambridge Associates, where I focus on U.S. venture capital and diverse and emerging managers. I source, evaluate, and underwrite venture capital and growth equity opportunities, lead investment diligence and recommendations, and work with a portfolio of venture capital firms.

My path into investing was shaped by a belief that who gets capital matters.

At Harvard Business School, I deepened my focus on venture capital, entrepreneurship, and impact investing. I also co-led the Black New Venture Competition, helping create access to non-dilutive capital and exposure for Black founders.

Before business school, I explored impact through several different lenses: climate resilience, disability inclusion, entrepreneurship, and community organizing. Each experience reinforced the same idea: the systems we build determine who gets the opportunity to thrive.

I’m interested in the spaces where capital, innovation, and inclusion intersect—and in helping build a future where more people have the opportunity to participate in creating it.
